Train Traffic in Scale 1:32
The train models show the development of the Swedish railway system in broad strokes. Additionally, the very oldest railway era is represented by the English locomotive "Locomotion" from 1825.
The trains:
- "Locomotion" from the Stockton-Darlington goods railway in 1825
- Horse-drawn train from the 1850s
- Mixed train from the 1860s
- Narrow-gauge mixed train from the 1890s
- Electric railcar from the Djursholm railway in 1895
- Goods train with steam locomotive from the 1920s
- Decauville train from the double-track construction in the 1930s
- Passenger train with electric locomotive from the 1930s
- Goods train with wood-fired steam locomotive from 1944
- Railbus from the 1950s
- Goods train with Rc-locomotive from the 1970s
- Modern high-speed train
It's not certain that all trains are in operation every day. They require quite a bit of maintenance, and one or more trains may be in the workshop today.
